Winery review:  Fresh in flavor and crisp in texture, this dry rosé offers berry, tart cherry and light herbal flavors, with firm acidity and a clean finish. Focused and juicy.

My review:  On the nose this wine was approachable and had a nice floral aroma. Initially and on the mid-palate, it was bitter and tart. Overly acidic I thought.  The finish was not clean as that bitterness lingered.  Overall it tasted very mediciny, and I didn’t like it.

I tasted this on its own with no food.
