Winery review: It's
created from the finest Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel. The taste is lush and velvety
with expressive notes of raspberry and cherry. It pairs nicely with
pasta and anything off the grill.
My review: This
was another wine that didn’t really make a big impression on me. It had a muted
taste...I guess you could call it balanced. First wine Oregon wine I've ever
had so that’s something.
I tasted this on its own with
no food.
